The main objectives of the Postgraduate Programme (MSc) entitled “Education Sciences: Research and Practice in Changing Learning Environments”, is on the one hand to promote scientific knowledge in the field of Education Sciences and on the other hand to provide high quality education to postgraduate students, taking into account that rapid changes (scientific, political, technological, socio-economic, and cultural) make it imperative to continuously redefine education as a whole.

Specifically, the objective and philosophy of the Programme is to provide specialized knowledge at postgraduate level to higher education graduates, who will combine theory and practice in a variety of ways to deepen their understanding of contemporary theoretical approaches. Participants, upgrading their knowledge and skills, will be invited to reflect on established yet outdated theories and assumptions and to critically examine contemporary teaching approaches and learning practices in order to be able to design and implement appropriate programmes, activities and research in various contexts (formal, non-formal) of teaching and learning in childhood.

The Programme awards a Diploma of Postgraduate Studies (MSc) with the title “Education Sciences: Research and Practice in Changing Learning Environments” in the following specializations:

a) Creative designs for Educational Research and Praxis

b) Arts in Education.
